Terms and Conditions

Tickets/Cards should be used for entertainment purposes only.

API

API usage is based on fair usage policy. If you are developing an application or service to make API calls to, or share data through the Tambola Tickets (TTK) Services, the following terms apply to you:

  • You may only use the TTK APIs and related documentation for the sole purpose of calls to TTK transmitting your Content consistent with the terms of Agreement.
  • You are responsible for your application, service and its Content and all uses you make of the TTK Services.
  • Your use of the TTK Services will not violate any law or the rights of any individual or entity.
  • TTK may limit your access to data at its sole discretion. Your access to and use of data you receive from the TTK Services will be limited as follows:
    • You will only request data you need to operate your application.
    • You will only use the data you receive for your application, and will only use it in connection with the TTK Services.
    • You will not reuse the data either in isolation or in aggregated form to provide services, such as data aggregation, to third parties without the explicit written permission of TTK.
    • You will not misrepresent your relationship with the TTK Services to others to be that of an authorized partner, affiliate, agent or any other relationship beyond that which is described in this Agreement.

Custom & Bulk Tickets/Cards

Printed Tickets

Processing of tickets will be done only after payment is received by us. Courier/shipping charges are additional. Dispatch of tickets may take a day or 2 days (after payment is made and received by us) depending on our availability. We won't be tracking your shipment/courier/order. Shipment/courier tracking/docket number would be shared. Customer has to track courier at his/her end. We are not responsible for any delay in reaching of shipment/courier to you. We do not take any kind of guarantee in any way of printing quality, paper used for printing and dispatch of printed cards. In case, we are not able to provide tickets due to any reason (either in desired format or not providing tickets at all) after payment is done, then your money would be refunded and some amount might be deducted (if applicable). In addition, following terms apply:

  • Game board may or may not be a part of delivery
  • In case of shipment/delivery of tickets/cards if it doesn't reach intended recipient on or before time or doesn't reach at all, we don't take any responsibility/liability of the same. It is upto the recipient to track the delivery once it is shipped/dispatched from our end. In case it is not received by recipient or doesn't reaches to recipient on time, a soft copy could be arranged (only in case product/design is available in soft copy format also) depending on availability of resources. Additional charges (as applicable) for the same has to be deposited in advance.
  • Delivered Tickets should be used only once. A new set of Tickets should be ordered to be used at another event, occasion
  • Complete payment has to be done in advance
  • We do not track delivery of tickets/cards. Tracking/Docket number and service provider name will be shared with Recipient. He/she has to track the Shipment/Order/Courier
  • Dispatch date may change without prior notice
  • Dispatch time may change without prior notice
  • Dispatch of tickets/cards is generally done after 7 PM
  • Give us processing time of 3 days for shipping/dispatching tickets/cards after making full payment and after sample is finalised
  • Most ticket designs are approx. 4.4x3.75 inches. Do check and confirm for your design. i.e. how many tickets on a given size of paper prior to ordering of tickets/cards
  • Customer should confirm total amount to be deposited maximum of 3 hours before depositing the amount
  • Customer should confirm the order maximum of3 hours before depositing the amount
  • Design/sample shown may differ from actual tickets. Our brand name/logo will be present on tickets
  • Customisations charges are additional
  • Price mentioned on website may be incorrect, or might have changed over time

Soft Copy

Tickets/cards are provided as soft copy (generally as PDF format) sent by email and customer/buyer has to take printout. Only some designs/cards/tickets/products would be provided as soft copy. If a sample ticket/card has been finalised, custom tickets/cards will be generated on the same/similar format and no further changes will be done. In case, we are not able to provide tickets due to any reason (either in desired format or not providing tickets at all) after payment is done, then your money would be refunded and some amount might be deducted (if applicable). In addition, following terms apply:

  • Game board may or may not be a part of delivery (soft copy)
  • Delivered Tickets should be used only once. A new set of Tickets should be ordered to be used at another event, occasion
  • Full payment has to be done in advance
  • Sending date may change without prior notice
  • Sending time may change without prior notice
  • Sending of sample/completed tickets (as soft copy) is generally done after 6 PM
  • Give us processing time of 2 days for sending on email after payment has been made and recieved by us and sample is finalised
  • Customer should confirm the size of ticket i.e. how many tickets on a given size of paper prior to ordering of tickets/cards. Most ticket designs are on a4 size sheet size in PDF format. 1 or more tickets on each sheet.
  • Customer should confirm total amount to be deposited maximum of 3 hours before depositing the amount
  • Customer should confirm the order maximum of 3 hours before depositing the amount
  • Name should be given to be written on tickets. Same name would come on all tickets
  • Design/sample shown may differ from actual tickets. Our brand name/logo will be present on tickets

Promotions/Offers/Discounts/Coupons/Cashback

Promotions, offers, discounts, coupons, cashback may not be valid any more. May have been discontinued without notification. May have become valid over time. May not be valid anymore. Are given at our descrition only. Validity date shown may be incorrect. Do check and confirm before ordering. These can be used maximum 1 time. Only 1 of these can be applied on an order. There could be changes in amount, value.

  • Cashback
    • In case of upto cashback, it could vary from 1% to upto %/amount. It would be valid on certain orders and order items only. Valid coupon code has to be used before making payment. Coupon code/cashback offer may have expired. Cashback would be given only to Paytm wallets. Cashback has to be claimed within 24 hours of payment received by us. Cashback offer can be discontinued without any prior notification.
